92 Tercel, When it is cold and wet, the starter cranks and cranks but won't turn over.. not even try to turn over. Could it be a cracked dist. boater or dist seal? When it warm up in the year, then starts rapidly, no problems.
yeah, moisture in dist trilby, use boot grease also
moisture in the distributor boater. or cracked plug wires. moisture either bearing.
