TV distorted picture

Questions: Is it worth while to replace older video input,or of late get foreign set.(RCA 32")

Play it safe. If the TV is from 1995 or nearer and parts are beginning to break on it, its time to capture a new set. If younger than that later you can consider the costs of the part compared to the cost of a tentative TV.

Other considerations is if you want to move on from Tube to plasma, if you want HDTV, if you want more viewing eyeshade.
