TV display color problems

Questions: 37" protron LCD color washes out (looks resembling ghosts or distrustful picture) within 20 minutes of person turned on. is this something that can be fixed by a technician or should we send it hindmost to manufacturer?

I would suggest sending it support to the manufacturer near a complaint. They will probably send you a coupon so you can return with another TV free. It worked when I did that.
