Digital video cameras
Questions:
Is it true that some digital cameras have the skilfulness to see through clothes?
Yes. Old versions of the Sony nightshot cameras (which can motion picture in infra-red) did not disable the point in daylight situations. (Current cameras can be modified to do this, but stock sony camcorders will disable nightshot contained by daylight conditions). Since some cloth is transparent or translucent to infra red, one could take video of people contained by such clothing that showed the contours of their bodies through.
I'm sure other brands could have indistinguishable issue.

No, that's ridiculous. No issue how many pixels you enjoy, it's not enough to dissolve clothing :)
