A friend in San Diego, California have a minor verbal spat beside her landlord, and is very soon being given a 3-day spy of eviction. My friend's rent is paid thru the closing of the month, and today is the 15th. Is this notice legally recognized?
Every state, i am identifiable with, have a 30 day eviction sense, not 3 days. read your lease. sounds like the tenant is bluffing you. in any event, if this is contained by the lease, sounds like a discount is in demand. read your lease, then desire an attorney.

Never hear of a 3-day noice of eviction. sounds like a upset tactic. most laws, contained by the united states, require a 30-day evicton make out. if the verbal spat cannot be resolved and the innkeeper is determined to continue near the evictions, you are going to need a civil attorney.
I don't know the San Diego or California laws, but this is most plausible illegal. If in attendance is a written lease, he cannot break it without apt (as in unjust activities or non-payment) sense, and certainly not surrounded by 3 days just for an argument.
