Breaking the lease

Questions: An adult and two teens completed an apartment application, but lone the teens moved in, after they broke the lease. No co-signer papers were ever submitted. Is the full-size legally responsible?

This adjectives depends on the wording of the signed lease. but, based on the content of your request for information, the teenagers are just that....teenagers and not adults. they can not be held in charge for the lease or any ramifications. but, you as the grown, have sole responsibility of the lease, providing your signature is on the dotted vein. take a copy of your signed lease to an attorney for further guidance.
