Twenty Miles Away....

You ever heard of Clearwater Beach or St Petersburg Beach Fl?

Yes, I live in Chicago going on for 6 blocks away from Lake Michigan. Chicago and Milwaukee both have divine lakefronts with sandy beach and plenty of parking.

Nope! I wish I did! About 45 minutes away from the closes sand.

Nope...I live near some grungy chemical dampen in Sarnia Ontario. It's gross.

Yeah at hand is a beach...but I sure wouldn't swim within it.

we're about 30 minutes from santa monica, an 45 from ventura seaside.

Three blocks away. In summer I would ride the pushbike up there contained by the early morning, swim for partly an hour just after sunrise, shower at the shoreline then ride to work. Did that 2 or 3 times a week.

It's colder presently - but I still head up here and sit on a pier for a while whenever I feel similar to it.

I love the beach.
